Online shop and authorized retailers after-sales service rules of our products

1. For goods purchased via the Internet, users can enjoy basic warranty service for one year at the designated repair center under the condition of non-artificial damage from the actual date of receipt by the customer.

2. For goods purchased through authorized dealers or telecom operators, the original sales invoices of the authorized dealers or telecom operators can be used. In the case of non-human damage, the user can enjoy the basic warranty service for one year at the designated repair center.



Exchanges will not be processed in the following cases

1. For out-of-warranty products (commodities beyond the warranty period)

2. Product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid intake, accidents, alterations, incorrect installation, or tearing up or altering labels, machine serial numbers, and anti-counterfeiting marks.

3. The outer packaging, accessories, gifts, and instructions of the product are incomplete, and the invoice is missing or altered.

4. Damage caused by force majeure.

Note: The above terms and conditions of the warranty service are implemented under the principle of not conflicting or violating the laws and regulations of Hong Kong. If any or part of the above warranty service terms and conditions is illegal or unenforceable, or is ruled as unlawful or unenforceable by any competent authority or court, the above warranty service terms and conditions will be immediately invalidated. Anyone Can not claim compensation from the company or pursue any legal responsibility.
